Refund Policy

Buy InspectorKit, use it on a real inspection, and make sure it actually helps. If it does not save you time or produce a report you are happy to send, email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment.

Email support@inspectorkit.io with the subject line "InspectorKit refund" and include the email address used at checkout. You do not need to fill out a form or argue your case.

If you request a refund, you can keep the reports you already created or exported during the guarantee period.

Refunds are sent back through the original payment method. Stripe and your bank may take a few business days to show the refund after it is issued.
