Billing, plans, and what one payment covers
What the founding purchase includes, how to evaluate it, what the optional add-ons do, and how the 365-day guarantee is handled.

Billing pages are usually where software hides things. This one is short because there is not much to hide.
The core purchase
InspectorKit's founding access is one payment. It covers the report builder, your editable template, the comment library with the starter pack, photos and annotation, publishing with web links and PDFs, report delivery, re-inspections, offline work, and every export. Up to 500 reports a month, which is more than a dozen inspectors' combined workload.
There is no renewal and nothing that expires. The Billing page shows your plan as active, and that is the entire ongoing relationship between your card and this product.
Evaluate before and after purchase
Before purchase, open the complete sample report and inspect the same web and PDF deliverable a client receives. After purchase, the practice house and guided walkthrough teach the full builder with realistic findings. The 365-day guarantee leaves enough time to judge InspectorKit on actual jobs rather than a sales page.
Optional add-ons
A small number of things cost real money monthly to provide, and those are priced as honest add-ons rather than baked into everyone's price. Team seats for a second inspector work this way. Add-ons live on the Billing page, each with its own plain description, and canceling one never touches your core access.
Payment and receipts
Checkout runs on Stripe with the usual cards and wallets, and a receipt lands in your email immediately after purchase. That receipt is a business expense record, so file it where your accountant looks. If you ever need it re-sent or need the business name adjusted on it, one email sorts it.
The guarantee
Three hundred sixty-five days, money back, direct with me. Take InspectorKit to real paying inspections, build the reports, and send them. If it does not save you time and look sharper than what you send now, one email settles it. You keep every report you built, and the exports work before, during, and after any refund.
Founding pricing
The current price is founding pricing, and people who buy in now keep their terms permanently. If the price rises later, that changes nothing for existing owners. Questions the FAQ does not cover are welcome by email, and the answer comes from the person who set the prices.
Common questions
Is the core purchase really not a subscription?
Really. One payment, no renewal, no annual fee, no price creep. The only subscriptions in the product are optional add-ons that carry real ongoing costs, and the core tool never depends on them.
What does the 500 reports per month cap mean in practice?
A solo inspector doing well runs 20 to 40 inspections a month. The cap exists so storage costs stay sane, and it is set far above where any one-person operation lives.
How do refunds actually work?
Email me within 365 days of purchase and you get every penny back, with no form and no retention script. Reports you built stay exportable either way.
